Laura Hilton
Clinic Owner, Physiotherapist
Laura received her Masters of Physical Therapy from Queen’s University in 2015 after completing both her Honours Bachelor of Physical Education and Bachelor of Education at Queen’s University. In 2020, Laura graduated from the Physician Assistant program a UofT and now works in Orthopedic Surgery. As a physiotherapist, Laura has experience working at a Children’s Treatment Centre, in the School-Based Rehab Services, a rehab hospital, and in acute care. She has completed post-graduate courses including the Introduction to NDT for Treatment of the Young Baby and Child, Orthopaedic Physiotherapy for Children with Cerebral Palsy, Soft Tissue Release, and the Introduction to Acupuncture and Dry Needling.
In January, Laura welcomed a baby girl, Ellison, to her family, so that has been keeping her busy! In her spare time, Laura enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, golfing, cycling, swimming, boating, spending time at the cottage, and coaching a provincial volleyball club team. She was a varsity athlete at Queen’s for two years and was an assistant coach in 2013 for the Queen’s Women’s volleyball team. Laura has a passion for working with kids and their families towards a common goal and loves watching them develop and gain new skills.
Laura is registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
Susan Riesberry
Office Administrator
After retiring as a special education teacher, Susan worked as a Corporate Account Manager for an engineering company for 10 years. Recently, she retired from this position, and realized she still wanted to work on a part-time basis close to home. Susan is excited to be part of the multidisciplinary healthcare team providing physiotherapy to babies, children, and adolescents. When not working, she enjoys swimming, aquafit, and boating at the cottage with her husband, daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter.
Mac Hilton
Clinic Owner, General Manager
Mac graduated from Ryerson University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Commerce in Global Management Studies. For the past nine years Mac has worked in the banking and financial software industry specializing in finance, licensing/contract management and business operations. Mac also holds a position as a board member for Breadalbane Presbyterian Church & Cemetery which is a small family church and cemetery located in Utica Ontario.
In his spare time, Mac enjoys running half-marathons and braving the marathons, golfing, cycling, rebuilding a boat, and spending time at the cottage with his family. His wife, Laura, is also a clinic owner and a physiotherapist at Kinetic Kids! They welcomed a baby girl in January of this year.
Lara Sreibers
Physiotherapist
Lara is a Registered Physiotherapist with a special interest in pediatric physical therapy. She received her Master of Physical Therapy degree in 2014 from the University of Alberta. With over 8 years of experience in the field of pediatric physiotherapy, Lara has worked in many service areas of a child’s medical journey, including acute, sub-acute, outpatient and private practice care. Lara has post-graduate training and expertise in treatment of children with acquired and congenital neuromotor conditions, developmental delay, torticollis, and orthopedic injuries. Lara values family centered care and is passionate about play-based therapy to promote the independence and quality of life of children.
Lara moved to the Newmarket area in February 2023, as her husband became a Professor at York University. Lara enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, two young girls (4 years old and 1 year old) and yellow Labrador “Tucker”.
Angela Harrison
Physiotherapist
Angela “Ange” is a pediatric physiotherapist at Kinetic Kids Physiotherapy Inc. She has worked in the public sector as a pediatric physiotherapist for 21 years.
She provides in-home physiotherapy in the Clarington, Courtice, Newcastle, Bowmanville, and Oshawa areas and is registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists.
